Our client’s event was successful, but not taking advantage of vast potential offered by buyers and sellers coming face-to-face at the show. How could we help the client understand the dynamics of their attendees and exhibitors behavior, and how to plan and implement a program that accomplished the expected results? Also, taking the event value to a new higher level required new skills. The challenge was to identify and consolidate such skills, all at a very short notice.The Solution
We worked with the event organizer to create a plan of action. Via teleconferences and online meetings, we exchanged ideas, offered and received feedback, and brainstormed possible approaches. Eventually the team produced an innovative marketing program that intelligently matched buyers and sellers and communicated the benefits to different stakeholders in an interesting and sophisticated way. The Solution
We conducted face-to-face interviews with a select group of senior executives in five countries across two continents to better understand changing market conditions. The results were supplemented with independent research, and thoroughly analyzed.The amidus Advantage
